The Gazprom Swan 60 World Championships 2013 is to take place in Cowes, Isle of Wight, UK between Saturday 13th July and Friday 19th July 2013. The Gazprom Swan 60 Class World Championships will run alongside the Gazprom Swan European Regatta and the Swan 45 Championships.

The Notice of Race and Entry Form for the Gazprom Swan 60 Class World Championships 2013 have now been published and are available for download under the Class Association section of the website.

The World Championship will begin on Saturday 13th July with boat inspections and entry registration; this will be followed by a Welcome Reception at the Royal Yacht Squadron, the most prestigious yacht club in the United Kingdom on Sunday 14th July.

Monday will bring a full race day and Tuesday will see racing followed by the Owners Dinner at the Royal Yacht Squadron in the evening. A Crew Party is to take place on Wednesday 17th and the Swan 60 Owner and Crew Dinner will follow the Long Race day on Thursday 18th. A prize giving will round off the week and the Gazprom Swan 60 Class World Championships on Friday.

There will be plenty of on-shore activities and events to keep owners, crews and spectators alike entertained throughout the race week. Competitors can be found at the Race Village based at the Cowes Yacht Haven before and after sailing; the Race Village provides an area beside the boats in which crews can rest, relax and use the facilities on offer.
